These Mocal Dry Sump Tanks are made from lightweight aluminium and consist of three pieces. They are fully serviceable so in the event of an engine rebuild due to contamination or failure they can be taken apart and cleaned. They have been designed to de-aerate the incoming oil and contain anti surge baffles to protect your engine from harmful oil surge.Spun alloy construction for light weight3 piece for easy disassembly and cleaningThe suction inlet has a bell mouth to smooth oil flow and promote non turbulent flow therefore flow volume is enhancedThe spinning up inside the tank is designed to prevent oil surge from the breather fitting, under almost any conditionThe Mocal Dry Sump Tanks work best when they are half full and the tank size is dictated by the most oil you are likely to use plus one third tank capacity.
