Yes — Pro cancels anytime from Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid for, not immediately, so you keep Pro until then.
Listing a car or part carries a small one-off fee no matter your account tier — separate from Pro entirely, and non-refundable once published. Note that an individual listing can also be boosted to a "Standard" or "Featured" placement for extra visibility, a per-listing choice at the point of posting, unrelated to your Free/Pro account tier above. Pro's benefit is a free listing boost every week; everyone else pays per boost.
Things you'll feel immediately: no cap on garage vehicles, up to 15 photos per car instead of 5, a full dyno/lap-time history instead of just your latest result, and a free listing boost every week.
